I HAD TRIED TO HELP ONE OF MY FRIENDS WIFE WHO IS ACUTELY SUFFERING FROM " Neurofibromatosis " ON THE WHOLE BODY AND SPECIALLY ON THE FACE. ONE OF HER EYE IS ALSO COMPLETELY COVERED BY A LARGE Neurofibroma. I JUST COULD NOT FIND THE ABOVE DISEASE IN THE REMEDY FINDER SITE PL. We prescribe on uncommon symptom and not on names of pathology. Please go through the following cases.
What is most disappointing is that no one talks about THE MOST USEFUL BOOKS IN HOMOEOPATHY, which are excellent for day-to-day reference.
REPERTORY by Dr. Calvin B. Knerr
A patient was treated for fracture of tibia. A month later, the bandage etc. was removed; but in the fractured place there was ulcer, pain etc. For fracture of tibia Kerr’s Repertory gives the remedy Anthracinum and one single dose of l000th potency cured him completely.
For epidemic meningitis he gives ZINCUM MET.
For constipation where the bowels would move only with laxative he gives Hydrastis. When even purgatives are not o the remedy to be given is PHYTOLACCA. Knerr's Repertory IS MARVELLOUS.
All the three children in the family had itching of skin at night in bed. The father reported that it first started with one child and spread to other children. Knerr's Repertory was consulted. SKIN—herpes, spreads from one child to another, worse at night in bed. The remedy given was Phytolacca. Single dose given to all the children cured them.
For complaints arising directly before, during or after abortion or childbirth THE ACCOUCHEUR'S EMERGENCY MANUAL by Dr. W. A.YINGLING is marvellous.
If I am asked to name the author who has done EXHAUSTIVE AND IN-DEPTH work, it is Dr. Samuel Lilienthal. His work HOMEOPATHIC THERAPEUTICS is something superb. )
In Samuel Lilienthal's HOMOEOPATHIC THERAPEUTICS under the chapter PNEUMONIA under Merc-sol we find the following words
“epidemic broncho-pneumonia”.
On the same page under the remedy ferrum met. Also, we find the words "epidemic pneumonia
In big organizations when a person is affected with fever, sore throat and body pain he is advised NOT TO COME TO OFFICE. In other words, the awe-stricken non-affected persons run away from the victims as if they are their enemies, for fear of contracting swine flu.
A lady took his 5-year old son to a doctor. There a patient came to consult the doctor because he was declared positive for swine flu. Immediately on hearing this that lady started running away with her son lest he may be infected.
The otherwise healthy person considers the victims of swine flu as his enemy. The victims are asked to keep off till cured.
Under the Chapter “MELANCHOLIA” in the reference book HOMOEOPATHIC THERAPEUTICS by Dr. Samuel Lilienthal, (page no.700 under the remedy Merc-sol.) we find the following words:
…anxious restlessness as if some evil impended… constant suspicion, considering everybody his enemy.

HOMOEOPATHIC THERAPEUTICS, be it in seminar papers, monthly meetings or articles in journals.
Said Charles Gatchell in a review of HOMOEOPATHIC THERAPEUTICS, "… it is an extraordinarily useful book and those who add it to their library will never feel regret…"
In a review, Samuel A. Jones said about Lilienthal's HOMOEOPATHIC THERAPEUTICS as under:
"For the fresh graduate this book will be invaluable… to the older one who says he has no use of this book, we have nothing to say. He is a good one to avoid when well, and to dread when ill."
Now, let me put some questions to the reader to know whether they know the correct remedy for the following cases:
Case No. 1: A lady of forty-five reported: “Doctor, daily morning I have headache. Some time after tasking lunch, I have acidity etc. It is not there after breakfast or dinner.
One more thing; in the night in bed I get terrible itching.”
It may be noted here that this patient had been to many homoeopaths prior to coming to me. All of them had given various remedies to be taken daily. I gave her one single dose of a remedy and it cured here. Can any reader tell the remedy please?
Case No. 2: The mother of a ten-year-old boy reported: “Doctor, in the morning he gets up at 6 O’clock. He has to be ready at 9 a.m. to catch the school bus. Daily at 7-30 he would start crying restlessly and this would last for twenty minutes. After this he would go to the toilet and would be having loose bowel movements. Then he would be all right and go to the school.”
Answers to the above:
Case No. 1: Ammonium-mur. [See Boericke’s Mat. Medica---Amm-mur: “Periods of aggravation are peculiarly divided according to t
he body region affected; thus the head and chest symptoms are worse in the morning, the abdominal, in the afternoon, pain in the limbs, skin and febrile symptoms, in the evenings.”
Case No. 2: The remedy is Cuprum-met. Again see Boericke’s Mat. Medica---Cuprum met.: “Symptoms disposed to appear periodically and in groups.”
